Amendments

Except as otherwise described herein we may, at any time and at our sole discretion, make changes to the terms of this Privacy Policy without notice to you. Such changes shall be effective upon publication of the amended terms in this Privacy Policy and by continuing to use the Service, following the amendment of the Agreement, you acknowledge and consent to such amendments. The last revision will be reflected in the "Published" heading above. If we make any material or significant changes to the Privacy Policy, we will make our best efforts to send you a written notification. What information we collect?

Non-Personal Information:

The first type of information we collect is aggregated, non-identifiable, non-personal information, which may be made available or gathered via the user's use of the Service ("Non-Personal Information"). We are not aware of the identity of the user from which the Non-Personal Information was collected.   • "Contact Information": we may receive Contact Information, when you voluntarily provide us with such information, if and when you contact us for support. Contact Information shall not be stored and shall be deleted immediately after providing you with the support you requested. A log may be kept of the interaction for a reasonable period of time.

How we may collect your information?

Non-Personal Information may be automatically transmitted by you by the user's device. When using our Service, we assign your device with a log file, a cookie (session or persistent), web beacons or other related technologies, to collect Non-Personal Information with respect to your activity in connection with our Service.

This information may be combined with information we collect from other sources, to the extent that the information remains Non-Personal Information.

Information Retention Policy and User Rights

Depending on where you live, e.g. if you reside in the European Union and/or the European Economic Area, you may have certain legal rights relative to the collection and use of your Personal Data. You may have the right to:

  • (b) Have the entirety or part of your Personal Data to be erased or “forgotten”;

Unless we are instructed otherwise by users, we retain the Non-Personal Information, we collect for as long as needed to provide the Service and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Further, we retain the Personal Information, we collect for as long as legally permissible, in accordance with applicable laws.

Children Information

In accordance with our Terms, only individuals 18 years and over may use our Service. If you are aware or become aware of any person under the age of 18 using our Service, please contact us immediately and, unless permission is obtained from their parent and/or guardian and/or the bill payer, we will take steps to delete their account and all Personal Data.

We are committed to protecting children’s privacy on the Internet and we comply fully with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). In accordance with COPPA, we will never knowingly solicit or accept Personal Data from users known to be under eighteen years of age. If we learn that we have received any Personal Information from a user under eighteen years of age, we will take appropriate steps to remove that user’s Personal Information from our records. Security

Your privacy is very important to the Company and therefore we are committed to protecting your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We have implemented physical, technical and administrative security measures for the Services that comply with applicable laws and industry standards. We seek to minimize the amount of data that it stores on its servers in the first place. If you feel that your privacy was treated not in accordance with our policy, or if any person attempted gain unauthorized access to the Personal Information please contact us at: support@skytabmedia.com

Further, in the event of a data incident, in which we discover your Personal Information may be at risk, then we will take reasonable efforts to notify you and the applicable authority (if required, subject to applicable laws).

Transfer of Data

We may store or process your information in the United States or in other countries. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area ("EEA") we will take appropriate measures to ensure that your information receives an adequate level of data protection upon its transfer outside of the EEA. If you are a resident of a jurisdiction where transfer of your data requires your consent, then your consent to this Privacy Policy includes your express consent for such transfer of your Personal Information.
